Most of what is translated in our witness
isn’t the boldness of our faith in Christ, when you talk to others.
It’s a condescending type of arrogance that is
overcast with sprinkles and showers of judgement
that would be described by many that have encountered us.

One of the greatest fears we have a believers is rejection. It was so comforting to know that Paul, a major pillar of our faith, poured his all into this witnessing opportunity, and was rejected by the majority of those who listened and observed. We were also encouraged that the word spoken touched a few, and those few placed him in front of a larger group so that ministry could talk place! Paul walked forward, speaking the name of the Lord whenever opportunity presented itself. His movement advanced the Kingdom, and built momentum, causing many victories for the faith!

Because we know what an idol is, what it means, and how God feels about idolatry, we immediately called out idols that others had, and omitted our own. In actuality, the first initial thoughts are about what we have exalted in our own lives above God, and that by confessing it, we would be held accountable for keeping it in its place. The reality, God knows our heart, and He is well aware that He is not the first priority in our lives.
